Justin is the Cash Flow Cowboy and a firm believer in the Power of Proximity!  At the age of 18 years old, Justin made a life-altering decision that kept him out of jail and in the classroom. He chose to change his environment and surround himself with people who elevated him to success. Eventually graduating top in his Engineering class, Justin took his talents to a Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical company.

 

However, after just two short years in corporate America, his ambition grew beyond his 9-5 and into the world of real estate investing.  Living rent-free was all the financial runway he needed to propel into Real Estate full-time. In less than 1 year of holding his professional real estate license, Justin closed over $4.2MM in real estate sales and acquired his first apartment building.  At 26 years old, Justin is a real estate investor, entrepreneur, and software developer who encourages everyone to invest in real estate - whether that be actively or passively.
