John is a serial business owner and entrepreneur based in the North East of England. His passion for leadership and all things systems, means that he doesn't get involved in the day to day running of any of his businesses, something which is a main focus of any business he is involved in.

The largest business is Castledene sales and lettings, a 10 branch network of estate agents, which has won national awards and accreditations, and which John spends less than 6 hours per month in the running of it and even then thats too much, according to the staff!

The company manages over 2000 properties with 60 staff through the North East and sells over 400 properties per year and growing.

John has a real hunger and passion to help business owners get away from having a JOB and to create a true business. According to John, the definition of having a business instead of a job, is that you must be able to go away for 3 months and not have any contact with the office/branch and when you come back, things must be running the same or better. if thats the case then you have a business, if not then you are self employed.
