We're switching up the format today and doing something in-between my regular solo shows and an interview. We're calling it a discussion and I'm bringing my bestie Addi Black on board to have a light-hearted super casual chat about saying no, so we can say yes.

We're complete and utter opposites so we come at it from two different perspectives - both totally valid. From people-pleasing to piling too much on to your plate, we all end up saying yes to things we shouldn't.
