This week I spoke Murray Norton about porcelain budgies, career changes and what it means to be kind. 

At the moment when we’re separated from our loved ones, facing worries about health and finances being kind to each other should be a priority. Sometimes it’s the little things that have the biggest impact. 

Murray is the CEO of the Jersey Chamber of Commerce and a former radio DJ, journalist and politician. 

We mention Coronavirus in this episode but for context, it was recorded at the beginning of March 2020, before Coronavirus  was confirmed as a  pandemic or lockdown began.
