We’re promised in Jeremiah 17 that those who trust in the Lord will be like a tree that never ceases to bear fruit. But what kind of fruit are we talking about? Galatians 5 tells us that one “fruit of the Spirit” is self-control—something that often eludes us as we try to live healthier. What would happen if, instead of relying on willpower, we turned to Christ & obtained all the self-control we could possibly need?
