When I got serious about healing, I discovered I was way under-consuming protein for both for my output and for what my body required to to start getting better. I had to learn to eat protein with every meal.

If you are like me, right now you are probably thinking 'I can't do that, too much protein makes me feel sick'..... Yeah "me too".... at least at first. But I stuck with it and my body adapted and eventually started to use the nutrients I was giving it..... My body started to heal and my energy levels shot up.
This episode is for anyone that is struggling with energy, pain or injury.... In fact it is for anyone with a busy life, who doesn't want to fall into a hole!
