Everyone has them, but that doesn’t mean they’re ANY fun to deal with… 

Today we’re talking about getting out of funks. Whether you’re exhausted and at the end of your rope, moody and hormonal, frustrated about a certain situation, or you don’t know WHAT might be making you feel some type of way, we get it and have BEEN there, too, sister. Both of us have had our fair share of funky times, so we’re shedding some light on what we do when we feel a little more than blue. 

Spoiler: Sometimes the best thing is simply noticing, acknowledging, and talking about it… and then treating yourself to some ice cream or a Housewives binge. #truth.
