You don't know what you don't know and if you act like you know you're probably gonna make an ass out of yourself. Don't let your mouth write a check that your ass can't cash! Successful people don't have time for bullshit. Don't let your customers drown in choices that they don't know anything about. Customers get confused, don't let them get confused, limit their choices. There's no shame in not knowing something, own up to it and figure it out, your customers, employees, co-workers, and friends will respect you for your honesty.
