This episode is the first part of a two-part series on the recent U.S. Supreme Court ruling on affirmative action.

San Antonio College President, Dr. Naydeen González-De Jesús, leads a discussion on the recent decision of the U.S. Supreme Court on Students for Fair Admissions v. Harvard. The case looks at institutions of higher education using race as a factor in the admissions process. The court found that Harvard’s admissions process violates the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment. The decision removes race as a determining factor in college admissions.
