I’ve said this before

The best ideas will come from the people doing the job.

 

In the last episode, I talked about the art of listening

And how it is a skill that needs to be practiced

 

If management has this skill, they will have an easier time when problems arise

Especially systemic or procedural problems

When something is not going well in a process or procedure

It is important to go to the people that know the process the best

The people doing the job.
