What better way to end this year than an honest self-reflection so we’re ready to move forward in 2021. In this episode, I’ll be sharing some reflections on my journey in 2020. I'm going to answer a series of questions, which I got from the newsletter of a well-known author and business development person, Pamela Slim. 

Here are the questions I’ve asked myself at this end of the year:

1. What things did I do this year?   
2. What new skills or abilities did I learn from these new things?   
3. What lessons did I gain from any spectacular failures or hard times?   
4. What am I really proud of in 2020?   
5. Which of these new things do I want to bring forward into my work in 2021? 

We'll also dive deeper into these concepts:

Now, for some action steps:

• Take your time to answer the above questions as well, and hopefully, through this exercise, you gain more clarity around some aspects of your work and your life.
