Meredyth with a Why

072: You Created All of This

Listen Later

Do you ever ask yourself, Why did this happen to me? I want to ask you to consider a reframe on that question. Nothing is happening to you. Everything is for you, created by you. Instead of the above, ask yourself, Why did I want this? What did I need from this? What is the lesson?

Nothing is an accident, and there is nothing standing between you and your higher self. You are the creator and the creation. The sooner you realize that you created every experience, every interaction, every heartache, the sooner you will step into your power. You won’t default to victim mode, you won’t feel helpless. You will understand the value of learning and growing. Challenge yourself to learn who you are.

What’s in this episode:

How we lose touch with our higher self energy

Why frustration with the universe (or God) is actually frustration with self

How we get in our own way (our happiness, our empowerment, our love for others)

Working towards getting away from human suffering and self-sabotage

Choosing between ego and fear or love and faith

Why negativity is the opposite of your higher self
