David's hymn of praise acknowledges that God's word is trustworthy. By recounting his many times of rescue by God, David shows that God's wors has been tried with success, that his word is perfection and is trustworthy. Therefore, God can be depended upon to rescue again. God's promises will always be fulfilled as the memory of God's faithfulness proves.
