Hard conversation can come in many facets.  This one was hard because they never had it before.  We let ourselves believe we can not show up a certain way, but when we break it down it boils down that we haven't had that conversation (1) yet (2) enough times (3) more and more times.  Practice makes 'perfect' and we will talk about that on today's Dear Kim.  

I also touch on hard conversations where there is a competing belief, values, etc. You will be better prepared this time around.
