Julie Hubbard is a former NCAA Division 1 collegiate athlete playing soccer at Penn State and UCONN. After multiple knee injuries, Julie used her rehabilitation process as a way to learn more about herself and what was next in her life. She is now a physical therapist in the Boston area helping athletes everyday recover from injuries.

Julie talks to SYS about how she leaned on her family during her rehab, why staying involved with her team helped her process, and what she is doing now to help reduce the risk of injuries in young athletes.
