His film The Gift of Grief, which documents this journey and features his family and grief experts, premiers this December. The film demonstrates that grief is long-lasting, but that through community, embodied practices, and forgiveness work we can begin to heal. 

 Joshua also shares valuable strategies and tips for navigating the holiday season and the anniversary of his brother’s passing, encourages us to sit with grief rather than overload ourselves to avoid it, and inspires us to show ourselves love, gentleness, and compassion as we walk with grief.
