Prepping for a contest is one of the most gratifying and thrilling moments for a bodybuilder. However, if not done properly it cannot only be challenging but can result in major health issues. While prepping, you should not only be fixated to the idea of winning a competition, rather you should also pay attention to your health both now and in the future. It is, therefore, imperative that you go about your prep in a healthy way to eliminate any probable health risk associated with unhealthy prepping. Carla Garthwaite helps us with important tips on how to train healthily. 

Carla Garthwaite is a Bikini posing coach and a personal trainer. Besides, she is also a professional stage makeup artist and hairstylist for the competitors. The IFBB bikini professional has been competing since 2015 and has registered admirable success in the various competition that she has participated in. Carla earned her pro card at the 2018 NPC Junior USA Championships where she got the 1st call out. As a tattooed bikini pro, her goal is to step on the Olympia stage and prove that it is possible to have a tattooed bikini competitor in the Olympia stage.
