I’m Tammy Roche. I’m Métis, a Canadian who plays between Australia and Canada, and I am the social worker in private practice.

This podcast is where I share what I’ve learned—and what I’m still learning—about staying steady in a world that often asks us to speed up, give more, or be less of who we are.

I speak from lived experience, from running a value based business, from my work with clients, and from my own body—because I’ve found that things start to shift when we slow down and tell the truth.

Some episodes are about running a values-based, sustainable private practice. Some are about grief, nervous system care, or walking away from old patterns. Some are just about being human—navigating the mess, the meaning, and everything in between.
