We are so honoured to be talking to Dr J Nikol Jackson-Beckham from the Brewers Association. Not only was she their first Diversity Ambassador, she now leads the Brewers Association's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion department as the association's Equity & Inclusion Partner. She also runs Crafted for All LLC and is an advocate for inclusion in the beer community and industry. Her insights certainly opened our eyes!

Dr J gives us actionable tips on how we can all be inclusive not only in beer but throughout our lives. This was such an important conversation, and we hope that you get as much out of it as we did.
