A Battle Within

076: Beacon of Hope - Christine Altom

Listen Later

Hello Warriors and Battle Buddies!

Welcome to A BATTLE WITHIN, Episode 076

Christine, like Terry, has experienced three documented brain injuries. All of which from riding her road bike.

She tells us how she believes with each one she grew smarter and was able to heal quicker. She used many different non-traditional treatments and her background in exercise physiology to help her along the way. At this point she feels that she is close to 100% which is an amazing feat!

Christine also talks to the fact that she believes hope is a very big part of healing and has built a blog to offer exactly that to others.

We get into some of her writing and perspectives around this as well.
