Organic farmer, and all round nice guy, Ben Andrews joins Ash & Matt this week to talk about all things: life on the farm, furloughed workers coming to help pick veg, his inability to use a skipping rope AND Agrespect, the LGBTQ rural network set up to promote and support diversity outside the city & much much pore.

Also it is mental health awareness week and we talk about the importance of mental health and Ben highlights the issues LGBTQ farmers face with their mental health and how farming is highly affected.
