Andy Molinsky is a Professor of International Management and Organizational Behavior at Brandeis University's International Business School, with a joint appointment in the Department of Psychology. He is also the author of the new book Global Dexterity: How to Adapt Behavior Across Cultures Without Losing Yourself in the Process(Harvard Business Review Press).  Andy received his Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and M.A. in Psychology from Harvard University.
