(Sneak peek...) I literally established this podcast to share my story and I have been doing everything but that, but, pretty cool content still came out from it! Now, I must set myself free and completely move forward. It's like I was scared to share it like it is, also I feel I wasn't fully ready, and because of that, I felt an attachment to it because I had to tell it! It felt like a ball that wanted to come out but I was still holding on to it. I am now completely free. I already feel a huge amount of weight lifted. No more hiding and pretending I didn't go through these moments. They shaped who I am, my views on life, my ability to self-love, and got me to a whole new place. That is the point of healing vs suppressing. Part 1 of 3.
