In this weeks SideCar, I discuss one of the byproducts of a successful life; a target for others to shoot at.
Hubris makes that target bigger. I share a lesson about how to maximize your success while still honoring the contribution of others in a collaborative space while using the example of UFC 193 and it’s outcome as a back drop.
The lesson here is that even the uber-successful need to be hungry; utilizing the skills that got them there everyday so that they can continue to expand.
At the top, you're always a target. Make it harder to hit by keeping your ego in check.
