Clive's first book included supernatural events. He has always been a big fan of science fiction. His two most recent books are about zombies, but he does not follow the classic zombie apocalypse format. Instead he brings in elements of science fiction. His first zombie book, The Burning Z, takes place at the Burning Man Festival. The Z Tailgate, his third book, is a sequel to The Burning Z.
