Jordan is a former NFL quarterback who spent seven years in the league and is the current Director of Quarterback Development for the XFL. Today he is widely respected and sought after as a QB guru - for lack of a better term - working with elite level quarterback talent including household names like Joe Burrow, DeShaun Watson, Sam Darnold, and Josh Allen through his coaching business called QB Summit. Away from football, Jordan has experienced tremendous success as an entrepreneur with businesses like Qalo, yes the silicon wedding bands that everyone recognizes, and also Common Thread Collective, a digital sales agency that has served pretty much all your favorite brands, including Lululemon, North Face, APL, Wilson, Igloo, Theragun, Native, and the list goes on Jordan is a charismatic guy with a brilliant business mind and the intangible ability to coach others well. But above it all, he is an incredible man, husband, and father, and it was an honor to host him on the show.
