1) farmable land with access to natural running sources of water is the best currency of all kingdoms.  Specifically tolerable to wheat and barley fields. Higher than gold or silver 

2) own your home with enough farmable land available to feed you and your family

3) strive for debt-free living and be careful of signing agreements that are tied to your personal name. Economic collapse does not absolve people from debts. You still owe. 

4) a loving neighborhood is the best way to protect your property 

5) become close friends with those that own land and are debt-free 

6) think local, act local; when it comes to investments and consumption. This is the best policy with regard to building and protecting wealth 

7) keep your investments highly correlated with trustworthy executives that place a high value on 'ag land' ownership 

8) align professional endeavors and investment on C SD M. Broadley hang around the sectors of security and health. 

9) establish a strong relationship with a bible centered church led by leadership you trust, owns land, and has little to no debt. 
Because in a healthy church. Church membership should mean shared ownership. 

10) relax knowing you love Jesus Christ and your character is in alignment with his will. 
Because without this you are eternally bankrupt.
