Mark Carr: My "About Me" page is better suited for the types of positions I'm going for but I'm not 100% convinced it addresses the elephant in the room of my lack of experience. I'd like to know the next steps to make the About Me page 100%.

• Position yourself as an Assistant Editor first. Make that your primary pitch, while being open to Post PA as a fallback in conversations.
• Write your About page for your audience. Shift from “here’s my background” to “here’s how my experience solves your specific problems.”
• Be explicit on who you are in the opening with a clear identity and positioning.
• Reframe paragraphs to speak more to them showing you have done things in the past that makes their life easier.
• Infuse personality and specificity leaning into your Marvel fandom, nerdy details, and boldness.
