Austin Wright fires me up. After spending 15+ years climbing the ranks at 24 Hr Fitness & Gold's Gym, he decided to make a big change and start his own gym. So over the past 8 years, he has built a portfolio of 11 gym franchises ranging from Southern California to Florida.
Oh, also, during this process he started & scaled an ecomm business to an eventual 8 figure exit.
Austin owns & operates multiple Anytime Fitness franchises, is an angel investor, and even after a large exit, is more focused than ever.
One thing I really respect about him is his focus on all around fulfillment & happiness in life, beyond just the grind.
