Dr. Alexandra (Allie) Littlefox, Assistant Vice President of Student Life at Mills College in Oakland, CA, joins us this week for a conversation on team culture, managing change, and lessons in leadership.

In her current role she is the athletics direct report (ADR). She previously served as the Assistant Director of Athletics, overseeing all aspects of NCAA compliance and eligibility as well as sports information and contest management. In addition, she was the NCAA Senior Woman Administrator (SWA) for Mills as well as the American Collegiate Athletic Association (ACAA). She also directed academic support for athletics and started and oversaw APER’s Strategies for Academic Success program. At Mills she serves on the Intersectional Anti-Racism Team, the Title IX committee, and is the Co-Chair of the Mills Staff Council and White Accountability Group.

Allie played DIII softball for Wellesley College, and says that DIII sports hold a special place in her heart!
