Elizabeth Heidal is a runner from Mobile, Alabama who is racing the states and kicking major butt in the process. On this episode, we discuss the 48 states that she has completed, how she qualified for Boston, how she met her husband at a Ragnar race, and how she overcame being assaulted while on a run in 2012.
