the first week of 2022 is done but besties, we're just getting started. this week I decided to have a slightly unhinged, no bs New Years advice session, and no... it's not about to do lists or how to get your summer body ready. 

I cried multiple times this week (even live on tiktok), I am sick of toxic diet culture and I discuss how someday... I will probably be cancelled. 

besties, this year we are all directing our focus and energy in one direction, towards ourselves!! and not in a 'change your life!!!! become that girl!!! THIS IS YOUR YEAR!!!!' kind of way but more in a 'put yourself first, don't make yourself feel bad for feeling bad, be whatever kind of person you wanna be' way. 

(also we're tearing down the patriarchy all 2022 ok?)
