If you are into maritime autonomy and you haven't heard of Mr Ørnulf Jan Rødseth then you are most likely doing something wrong. If you have, well, then good for you. Either way you should listen to this episode because he is one of the most world wide recognized experts in maritime autonomy. 

 

With more then 35 years of experience under his belt in the cutting-edge maritime projects, he has been involved in the area of maritime autonomy from its early beginnings. 

 

At the moment, he is working at one of the most recognized European research institutes (Sintef) as a Senior Scientist. Through this role he is involved in Europe's biggest and most important maritime autonomy project called Autoship.

 

He is also the founder and the managing director of the Norwegian Forum for Autonomous Ships and he is also maintaining the world's biggest LinkedIn group on this topic.
