So, this was a rough week. The Journeyman dealt with a bad cold which kept him in bed and unable to deliver an interview. Without notes for another Journey episode and no interview to edit and upload Phleks decided to share some thoughts on his life as of late. For 15 minutes he covers plans for his podcast, Halloween, his battle with his weight and gives a big thank you to all that share and listen to the podcast.
