Today, I have the honor of introducing you to one of my closest friends, Kelsey MacMinn, as she discusses what she's learned about raising kind humans (and being one). Kelsey has her master's degree in clinical psychology and has served as a director for a daycare the last three years, plus she has two toddlers of her own with her amazing husband, Ben.
