After spending nearly 20 years struggling with weight and being unhappy with her body, Tracy finally hit her breaking point. One day she decided that she was going to give up altogether, that she would stop counting calories and working out. And that’s when the craziest thing happened: by doing this, she actually lost weight! It was at that point that Tracy realized that it was possible to transform her body in a way that allowed her not to feel like she was restricting herself. It is now Tracy’s mission is to help women all over the world ditch dieting forever and become fit feminine fashionistas.
