This year the word “surviving” and “survival” have been used perhaps more than any other in history.  And yet, today on the podcast we will demystify what that really means. 

Surviving isn’t a choice.  We don’t actually get to choose whether we “survive” or not. 

Now living, really living, is a choice.  Survival is just a science.  Living is an art.
