In the early hours of August 9, 2013, Brandon Lawson called 911 sounding out of breath, panicked, and saying he ran out of gas on Highway 277. The dispatcher failed to get his name or location, but did hear him end his call telling her he needed the cops, and to please hurry. Her negligence with the call led to the immediate failure of the aide he requested, and Brandon has never been seen again. In the years following his disappearance, there has been copious amounts of misinformation, discrepancy, and lack of due diligence from the police. Brandon's past colored the way the police treated his case from the get go, and leaves one to wonder if they are covering something up, or simply negligent. A father of four, husband, brother, and son is still missing to this day, and he and his family deserve justice and closure. What happened to Brandon that night in 2013?
