The first book in the Throne of Glass series from Sarah J Maas creates our the world that we are about to become obsessed with over the next 8 books. We discuss the plot points and how we are introduced to our character cast. The moral dilemmas for our protagonist Celeana Sardothien and the budding love triangle with Chaol Westfall and Prince Dorain Havilliard. As always SJM creates the foundations for some strong friendships and the fantasy elements of magic are introduced. This novel is an appetite wetter and stage setter for the following books. We loved it and can’t wait to share the rest of the series with you.
