Hello there! Welcome to Professor Jacob’s eightieth lesson on Pokémon biology. For today’s class, we are learning about Slowbro: the Hermit Crab Pokémon. Slowbro is supposedly the “evolved” form of Slowpoke, but according to the Pokédex, it’s not really much of an evolution. Slowbro is essentially just a Slowpoke… with a Shellder attached to its tail. And that it’s it! That’s all there is to it! It’s a two-for-one kind of deal. This Shellder secretes a poison that causes the now bipedal Slowpoke to lose the ability to feel pain. Edgy, right?
