No, the hardest word in our language to say and yet only two letters. A word that brings with it the fear of abandonment, denial, and even a bit of resentment. But it is one of the most important words we must learn to say.

This week, we are talking about the power of saying no. We discuss how to say no to:

• Your family

• Your Friends

• Your Spouse

• Your church circles (for those of us still in church)

• Spiritual Authority

• Temptations

• yourself

But don’t worry, it’s not all a bunch of rejection! We also talk about how to know when to say “no” as well as when to say yes and how to tell the difference between wanting to do something vs. feeling obligated.
