Joining us this week is Colin Hill, Assistant Professor of Percussion Studies at Tennessee Tech University.  In our chat, we learned that his dissertation research on practice colors his teaching.  Laurel shares her newest essay in the Marimba Body series from her blog, which is all about thumbs and a little about anatomical variants.  There's a tendon in the forearm that some have and others don't!
