In today’s episode, we’ll be talking about how to stop sabotaging yourself. The name of the game of this life is asking yourself the question, “how good can you stand it?” because the bitter it gets, the better it gets. Unfortunately, many of us self-sabotage when life gets pretty darn awesome.
Recently, I bought an X3 Bar Elite, which is a home exercise training device. It came with a 12-week program created by a biomedical engineer, and it’s crazy that you can get the workout completed in 10 to 15 minutes. I’ve been using it consistently for the past eight or nine weeks and been consistently eating like less than 20 grams of carbs a day, coupled with intermittent fasting. I have this personal health target of having the body of Brad Pitt from Fight Club. I think I’ve lost about 1.5% of body fat according to my skill. I think my skill says my body fat percentage is somewhere around 15%. My target is 10%. So what in the world does this have to do with stopping self-sabotage? Well, that’s a brilliant question.
So if you want to learn how to continue to increase your capacity for how well you can stand life getting, then sit back, relax, and enjoy the show.
