It's Miller Time!! Susan Miller joins us in studio to share how she has been able to build a referral business. She says that over 95% of her business is from referrals from her sphere of influence and her farm area strategy. Susan and her husband Grant work together as a team and like to have a lot of fun. One thing they do for their referring database is get the 'Miller' section at the Diamondback's Spring Training Facility for a game! They plan to use social media even more in 2018 to share fun experiences. A niche they plan to focus more on moving forward is to help with aging individuals or couples who need assisted living or are moving in with their adult children. Susan and Grant are becoming the go-to team to help them through this process.
