Mr. Aarogya Mohan Kaphle is a Social Enthusiast who is actively engaged in various social initiatives since past five years. Academically, he has completed his intermediate studies from Motherland Secondary School, Pokhara.

Currently, he is serving as the Coordinator of Leadership Forum Pokhara; a youth lead social organization which emphasize leadership schooling and indignation-based learning. He was actively involved in Child Sector for around 3 years where he got an opportunity to work from grass root incentives to upper level policy formulation.

He was the former spokesman of Metropolitan Child Forum, Pokhara and also served as Member of "Children Manifesto Drafting Committee" along with elected representatives, stake holders and officials of Pokhara Metropolis.

Mr. Kaphle believes that being engaged in social domain and serving various leadership roles helped foster his caliber, identifying competencies which leads to shape personality traits. Mr. Kaphle has keen interest in Leadership, Politics, International Affairs and Film Making.He describe himself as an "Inquisitive Bloke."
