Welcome back aboard the starship Texas for the 81st TEX-TREK podcast. With Comic Con and Star Trek Las Vegas behind us we can now continue our TEX-TREK Summer at the Movies. We pick up where we left off and finally start discussing the Kelvin timeline films starting with J.J. Abrams’ STAR TREK 2009. As you could probably expect, there is no shortage of opinions on this movie but we have a great time breaking the movie down to both praise it as well as slap it around a bit.
