It’s important to be honest with ourselves and be able to identify things that we actually value vs. things we wish we valued more. Once we identify our core values- making decisions is a lot easier, but if we haven’t defined what we value we run the risk of drifting in the unknown. For creatives and business minded people to be unclear is to be unkind, and that is why it is crucial to define your core values for yourself.
