It took most of my life, but I’ve finally learned the importance and power of using my voice. My thoughts have value and so do yours. In fact, when we speak our thoughts and opinions, it gives permission for others to do the same. That’s why I’m excited to talk to Erin Galloway, the sweet soul who helped me bring my words to light in my new journal.
Erin’s entire career has been focused on behavior change and how small choices add up to have a big impact. Through Habitize Publishing, a self-publishing company started with her elementary-aged daughter, Erin helps to elevate the voices of those who only dreamed of writing "published author" next to their name. Erin finds joy in helping people realize they are capable of more than they think they are.
