Monte Dobson owns Rapid Lawn Hydroseeding & Landscaping, which is one of the largest hydroseeding companies in Regina, Saskatchewan. He recently expanded and now also operates a highly reputable landscaping and snow removal company. Before taking his leap into entrepreneurship, Monte spent over a decade in the corporate world, working in sales, marketing, and management for several large companies.
