Comfort zones are comfortable, that's obvious. But in order to grow, and most importantly, in order to KNOW you must bring yourself to leave this zone of familiarity. Because never knowing and never trying is way worse than failure. Regret is the root cause of unhappiness. The only way to avoid regret is by trying, whatever that means to you in your life.
